Fifth: Crab Gazpacho Aspic
3-1/2 cups Bloodys By Buz™ Bloody Mary Mix
2 packets unflavored
gelatin
1 can (6 ozs.) crab meat, drained and flaked
1/4 cup diced green
bell pepper
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup sliced green onion (both green
and white parts)
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed
green olives
1/4 cup peeled, seeded,diced cucumber
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 large, or two small, avocados, peeled
and diced
Place 1/2 cup Bloody Mary Mix in a small bowl and
sprinkle gelatin on it. Allow to stand for 5 minutes to soften.
Heat remaining Bloody Mary Mix in a saucepan to boiling; remove
from heat and stir gelatin mixture in. Mix thoroughly, until
gelatin is thoroughly dissolved. Allow to cool completely.
Stir in all remaining ingredients except avocados, mix well
and pour into a lightly oiled 5 cup ring mold. Refrigerate
at least 4 hours or until serving. Unmold onto a serving plate
and fill center with avocado.
