Fourth: BBB Bloody Gazpacho Mold
3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 cup Bloodys by Buz™
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups seeded chopped tomato
1 cup finely chopped green bell
pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped seeded cucumber
1/2 cup finely chopped
celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
Cooking spray
Curley leaf lettuce, cucumber slices, lemon slices
and parsley sprigs for garnish (optional)
Sprinkle gelatin over Bloodys by Buz™ and broth in a medium
saucepan; let stand for one minute. Cook over low heat, stirring
until gelatin dissolves. Pour gelatin mixture into a large
bowl; stir in vinegar and next three ingredients. Chill until
the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Add tomato and next
5 ingredients into gelatin mixture; fold gently. Spoon gelatin
mixture into a 5 cup decorative mold coated with cooking spray.
Cover and chill until firm.
Invert mold onto a lettuce-lined
platter and garnish with cucumber and lemon slices and parsley
sprigs, if desired. Yields 10 servings.
