  RECIPE CONTEST WINNERS

Third: BBB Zinging Salsa

2 ears corn broken in half
2 med. zucchini cut lengthwise then cut in 1-1/2" pieces
1 med. red bell pepper cut into 8 pieces
1 med. red onion cut in wedges - separated
2 jalap chilies cut in half-seeded
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 roma tomatoes, cut lengthwise-seeded
2 teaspoon grated lime peel
2 tbs. chopped cilantro
1 tsp. Salt
1 Cup of BBB
tortilla chips

Heat coals or gas grill--toss all veggies, except tomatoes. with oil in grill basket, cover and grill 25 to 30 minutes, shaking or stirring occasionally till veggies, are tender then add tomatoes and grill about 2 minutes longer. remove from grill and cool about 15 minutes.

Cut corn off cob and chop all veggies, into small pieces, now mix everything together and serve or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Serve with chips.
